Shipping & Delivery
In order to provide our customers the greatest value, the products purchased from ComputerLiquidationCenter.com may be shipped from several different warehouses around the country. We offer shipping by UPS/Fedex Ground and Air Services, USPS Priority and First class. Some warehouses will only ship by ground services like FedEx and USPS.
FedEx and UPS ground typically takes 4-7 business days for delivery to most parts of the United States . USPS typically takes 3-5 business days. All shipping promotions such as: coupons for discounts on shipping or free shipping items will be sent by ComputerLiquidationCenter.com's shipper of choice. These promotional offers are valid for items shipped within the US unless otherwise noted.  You will always be shown exact shipping charges in real-time before you order.
Since we use several of our affiliate warehouses to ship from you may receive part of your order a day or so before the entire order arrives.

Privacy & Security
During the course of purchasing items on our website, we collect various information to assist in that process, such as your full name, address and email information. We also collect your email and name information when you join our mailing list. We will NOT share, sell, or rent your personal information to others.

Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive any merchandise that has been damaged due to shipping you will need to contact the Freight Company and submit your claim to the carrier. If the damage is not shipping related you must contact Service@ComputerLiquidationCenter.com within 7 days of receipt of item. Missing items must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. No exceptions. Inspect all your orders as soon as you receive them.

Returns & Replacements
All merchandise returned within thirty (30) business days of receipt undamaged and in its original packaging in its entirety will be refunded back to the purchaser in its original form of payment.
(Note all refusals & Non-Defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee).
Refunds will consist of the purchase price and tax if applicable.
Extended Warranty purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All clearance items may be returned for replacement only within the warranty period. No refunds on clearance items.
No shipping and handling charges will be refunded (yours & ours).
You will need to contact the Customer Service Department by email at Service@ComputerLiquidationCenter.com before returning any product. Please include your order number and the product that you wish to return with your email. Customer Service will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number, to return the merchandise to us by email within 1 business day . The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging along with any other included components. Once the authorization number has been given the merchandise must be returned to us within seven (7) days from the issue date. We do not issue call tags or return slips regardless of the situation. The Service Department will inform you by email of what warehouse to return the product to. A replacement of the same item or a refund of your money minus 20% within the first 30 days only will be issued to you (your choice). After 30 days no refunds just warranty replacement. If a chargeback is initiated by the customer we will void all warranties and deny any claims as our Merchant providers have all these terms on file and will not be  refunded as per these Terms of Use.

Attention, Please!  Any charge-backs to credit cards without communicating with us first are treated as Fraudulent. All details, including original order form, username, IP addresses and access logs bearing members IP addresses and/or e-mail addresses and username will be forwarded to the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division), F.B.I. (Credit Card Fraud Division) and all Credit Reference Agencies which will probably result in a query into members credit card payment habits. Credit Card Fraud is a serious crime and will not be tolerated.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
You can use your credit card Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal Cart. Our site is tested and certified daily to pass the FBI/SANS Internet Security Test. The "live" HACKER SAFE mark appears only when a web site's security meets the highest security scanning standards of the U.S. government, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Purchase Orders, Wire Transfers & Checks, we're happy to accommodate you. Please note that we cannot ship your products until payment is received and verified, therefore, product availability may be affected by this delay. All orders paid by check or money order will be released to our warehouse for shipping 10 business days after receipt of payment. Once payment is received, order information cannot be modified. For wire transfer information, please contact a customer service rep. Wire transfers are released for shipment upon verification from our bank. IMPORTANT: Please print out your shopping cart and include with your payment to ensure prompt and accurate fulfillment.
We accept purchase orders from most Educational Institutions, Government Agencies, Medical Facilities and Fortune 1000 companies.  Use ComputerLiquidationCenter.com part #s on all purchase orders. No Free shipping promos on purchase orders.

Warranty
All products on this site have a minimum of a 30 day warranty unless otherwise indicated.  All warranties are stated in the item description.
We now offer out of warranty repairs. Our bench fee is a $75 minimum good for 1 hour of service. Any replacement parts are charged at web price. After one hour if necessary it is billed at $75 per hour but typically all hardware issues are covered under the $75 bench fee. We do not pay for shipping. All Notebooks and Systems will be charged a $19.99 and $29.99 return shipping fee respectively.

Limitation of Liability IN NO EVENT SHALL THE STORE OWNERS, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY PARTIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
